Peer-to-Peer Conference

SDHC’s Director of CalFresh Outreach, Amanda Schultz, MPH, presented at the annual statewide CalFresh Outreach Peer-to-Peer Meeting on Monday, March 16th.  Recognized statewide for her leadership of the San Diego County CalFresh Task Force, Amanda was invited to present and lead break out discussions with representatives from various counties on best practices for engaging and educating community partner agencies, volunteers and interns on CalFresh outreach.  Hosted by the California Association of Food Banks, Peer-to-Peer is the largest CalFresh outreach training event in the state.
