Food Assistance Survey

The purpose of this community survey is to learn about the kinds of food assistance resources that families are currently using and what can be done to make them easier to use.

Your response to these 9 questions will help us better understand the needs and opportunities to strengthen food assistance resources in our community.

This survey was created by the Hunger Free Community Advisory Council, composed of staff and community resident leaders from Somali Family Service of San Diego, Union of Pan Asian Communities, and Vista Community Clinic's Poder Popular and in partnership with the San Diego Refugee Communities Coalition and El Comite Orgazinador Latino de City Heights.

If you have any questions, please contact Nancy Saavedra at nancy@sdhunger.org or (619)-501-7917 ext. 103.

Providing your name and phone number is voluntary, confidential and is not required to complete the survey. Contact information will only be used to reach the raffle winners and to re-connect with anyone that expresses interests in working on improving food assistance resources in their communities.
